Windows 10: Keep colors of windows separate from the accent color + taskbar search has a picture next...

Hi! I used to not have this issue but well nothing can be perfect! Now heres the issue. I like to have red accents like for the windows logo when you hover over it, but window borders are a diffrent story at one point i could make them black and the accent color red and this worked great! Then one day it stopped doing this. Even when i change the setting in settings to NOT DO THAT! guess what... IT DOES IT! And now i'm ange as the kids say.AND! Not to mention the taskbar search bar thing now has a picture that is really annoying down there! If you can fix this please tell me how, its really go

After update(s) to 1903 or 1909, accent colors can no longer be set to
separate colors for the "Start, taskbar and action center" and the "Title bars and windows borders".

Color change in taskbar

Just to verify, have you tried changing the color of your taskbar via settings? If so, try it out and check if the color would remain inconsistent. Here are the steps:

1. Launch the Settings app.
2. Select Personalization.
3. Click the Colors tab.
4. Uncheck the Automatically pick an accent color from my background.
5. Set Transparency effects to Off.
6. Under Show accent color on the following surfaces, put a check on
   Start, taskbar, and action center.
7. Pick a color that you want.
8. Restart your PC.

accent color

The accent color (primarily the red shades) are missing in window 10 and do not know why. Any suggestion how to get the original window 10 accent colors back? Thank you.
