    Keep getting the blue screen of death on startup in windows 10.


    Hello,


    I have the following problem with windows 10 1909, windows 10 was working fine till I could not open the drive so I search the internet about this problem and found that I need to add a new account and delete the old account but then I try to do this it did not work there was not account listed in account so I added a new account and this when fine but windows 10 would not boot into the new account, and now all I get at startup is the blue screen of death and cannot get pass it.


    Any help would be great.

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
