Windows 10: "Keep your files" option of Windows reinstall didn't keep almost anything from users folder...

I'm pretty desperate about this.

Her laptop wasn't logging on, stuck at loading screen after password. Tried everything I could, and seeing no other option I just decided to reinstall Windows outright - picking the "keep your personal files" option, which is supposed to be safe, right?

Well, it didn't work. It kept stuff from the C: main folder, everything else looks gone. Windows.old has some stuff, but doesn't really show anything relevant either: folder weighs around 5.5gb, half of that being OneDrive (which is pretty old), and the rest is like random AppData things.

What the hell can I do now?

Generating a .txt based file list in Windows 7

I want to be able to generate a .txt file that lists all the files and folders in a specific folder on my PC, but don't know the name of any programs that do that. Searched on google a bit and came up with this guide, but it's for XP and I can't seem to find some of the folder options to modify the .bat file. Any suggestions? Thanks

EDIT: The .bat file will do what I want if it is in the folder I want to do it in, but the option I want to add is having the right click option that it shows.
