    the emails get marked as read without me opening them

    if my cursor goes over the email it gets marked as read, I trying to keep it marked as "unread"

    until I actually open the email

    Reading emails doesn't always mark them unread

    I'm a little confused - do you mean read or unread once it's been deleted? I get the following behaviour:

    • Read email (this should mark it read)
    • Press delete
    • Sync email or wait for sync
    What this does is move the email from my inbox into my deleted (or trash, or bin, or whereever it's supposed to go) correctly. However, the email is still marked as UNREAD, when it should be marked read as I have already read it. If I leave it in my inbox,
    without deleting it, the next time it syncs, it's marked as read, correctly, it's only if I delete it that it leaves it as unread.

    Is this the behaviour you're getting?
