Okay, here is the HDD Error Scan results. (No Errors)
    Attachment 145399
Also, the "Health" tab shows that everything is "ok"
    Attachment 145404
Additionally, here are the results from the "Random Access" test, which I assume is what you meant by testing the memory. Correct me if I am wrong.
    Attachment 145405

I truly appreciate your patience and your help greatly. A lot of these tests aren't quick as you probably know and I will be doing the chkdsk soon.

UPDATE: I have found the driver causing the issue but not sure what to do next. Here is a screen from the event viewer.

The event that you posted is 7/25/2017.
The zip that you posted was only up to 7/6/2017
That indicates corruption with the Nvidia video driver.
Can you post an updated zip?

In the event log just posted this is the last entry related to NVLDDM
Code: Event[11537]: Log Name: System Source: Display Date: 2017-07-21T16:10:04.905 Event ID: 4101 Task: N/A Level: Warning Opcode: Info Keyword: Classic User: N/A User Name: N/A Computer: DESKTOP-7IAI7P6 Description: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.[/quote]
Other entries display: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

The zip has a collector that does not collect every file. That entry is not in the event log zip.

For that entry click on each
    1) the details tab and post an image
    2) more information: event log online help and post an image

    1) Uninstall all Nvidia drivers/software
    2) The best way to do this is to uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your Graphics card manufacturer or from the NVidia website.

    3) When you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

At this time get the most up to date version as there has been no bsod related to the driver.

    1) When chkdsk /x/ f/ r is completed please find the results in the event viewer and post the results into the thread:
Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    2) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes. This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    Memory problems. - Microsoft Community
When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera to make an image of the results to post into the thread.
MemTest86+ - Test RAM Windows 10 BSOD Tutorials
We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

The event log has reported multiple times corruption.
Please open administrative command prompt and type: chkdsk /x /f /r
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.
Unless there is a lot of corruption it generally takes < 8 hours.
If there is more corruption is may take longer.

How many user profiles are there on the computer?
Please create a new user profile:
open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) net user test /add
    2) shutdown /r
    3) When the computer reboots log on with the new user named test.
    4) Report into the thread if there is any change in performance (start menu, task bar, etc)

Once the chkdsk is completed plan to stress test the GPU.
