Kernal Power Event ID 41 Task 63 problems

For the last month, my computer has been getting the Kernal power problems, and I thought I'd go open my computer to clean it out (I admit, was two months since I last did a full clean out) and I've unplugged and replugged all connectors and cables just in case some of it wasn't seated properly.
However the problem has persisted, so I thought I'd change the power plan to energy saving, and it did the trick, for about two weeks before the problems resurfaced, I thought it might have something to do with my CPU and GPU overheating because I can feel a lot of heat coming out from both components, however I'm not too sure on it. My last suspicions could be that the PSU is on it's way out, granted I've had it for about three years now.
    My specs are as follows

    PSU: XFX PRO 550W
    Mobo: ASUS M4A77TD
    CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 B55 @ 3.3GHz
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX460
    RAM: 8GB DDR3 RAM
    Harddrive: Samsung HD322GJ 320GB
    OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

I've attached two attachments (one from the event viewer, and another is a picture of the hardware monitor)

    :)

  2. WINDOW 10 RANDOM SHUTDOWN & RESTART

I have upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1. After updating Nvidia Graphic Card driver I have started experiencing problems like black screen. I checked Event viewer and under the CRITICAL I found KERNAL POWER id 41 task 63. Any help ?

  3. WINDOW 10 RANDOM SHUTDOWN & RESTART

I've got the same issue with the same "KERNAL POWER id 41 task 63" thing in Event Viewer.

I checked on the Alienware website for new drivers for my laptop, and installed a new BIOS driver, but my chipset one was already up to date.

I'm still experiencing random shutdowns after updating it, and they still register in event viewer in the same way.
