Windows 10: "kernel data inpage error" bsod after overclock

ive begun to get a bsod after my pc being open for a little bit, this has started after i recently overclocked my computer, the error is in the title and my overclock specs are 3.20 ghz to 3.80 for cpu and 2133mhz to 3000mhz for ram and i upped the voltages a little bit too, any tips? i'll gladly send over 6 .dmp files from my mini dumps folder.

Bought a Lenovo laptop second a month or two ago and it's been crashing every couple days ago and displaying a blue screen with the error message KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR. Any idea what this means?
