Kernel mode heap corruption, followed by various other BSODs

Built my first computer, had lots of BSOD issues, memtest showed failed RAM so replaced them, now RAM works fine but still having issues and can't find what help I need from google.

Reinstalled windows and a few hours later i get the same crashes. 2 days left on return for parts but dunno if hardware or software or what part even is the problem.

So I get the kernel mode heap corruption BSOD, the windows loader disappears from the boot options, and 1 in 3 chance of booting into windows now.
case 1 I get the lock screen with no response to any input whatsoever (just the image with no internet icon in the corner, can't get a login prompt)
case 2 it's just a black screen and nothing happens
case 3 it loads up seemingly fine

then after a while it'll crash with page fault in nonpaged area or system service exception or irql not less or equal or system thread exception not handled or whatever else

hopefully someone who knows what they're doing can take a look at this and help
