  1. "KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION" for second time and now failing to logging in.

    Hey All at Microsoft Community!

I have a Dell Inspiron 5567 with Intel i7 7th generation processor and a16 GB RAM. Alongside, it's equipped with Windows 10 2004 version. Also, it has many heavy software installed on it related to graphic processing.

Few days ago, the laptop encountered a problem which lead it to BSOD with an error code "KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION" and then after few minutes it booted again on its own and reached till lock screen of Windows 10, after which it loaded and loaded for at least 20 minutes.
Now today again, it same happened, the BSOD appeared, same error code but when it reached till lock screen, after entering the password, the welcome loading page was taking forever this time. I tried re-starting the laptop, but the same happens, it goes to lock screen welcome page and does nothing ahead.

After few minutes of research, I realized that this problem can be related to "drivers and devices", so for information, the device is connected to an old LED monitor around 10 years old and used along an external mouse.

And the device is generally kept on sleep instead of shut-down, for straight a week or around.

I would like to know the solution of how to resolve the issue, and what could be most probably the root cause of the same?

    Thank you,
