Windows 10: Kernel mode heap corruption

I've been having this BSOD for a week now when I'm playing The Witcher 3 on my drive D:\ so I updated and ssd's firmware and it's still the same. Then I updated my BIOS and the BSOD went away but it still restarts my machine.

kernel mode heap corruption

My pc crashed/s randomly and now it crashes even when i start it Saying Kernel Mode Heap Corruption.

Any help?How do i fix this?Apparently you can fix it removing the Creators update from recovery but i dont have that option and i dont remember installing this update in the first place so...

 

Windows 10 Creator Update error: KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION

Blue screen appears after lock screen with a message KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION.

I have tried twice to get creator update through Windows update assistant.

Every time after entering password lock screen again and again asks password and then "Microsoft Copyrighted the
BLUE SCREEN ERROR" appears. Even system could not reach Desktop.
