    Kernel Power 41 issue

    Hi all

I am having a really frustrating Kernel-Power issue which is recurring almost once a day now(!) I bought a new HP computer a couple of months ago and since then it has been happening more and more frequently.

Below is the most recent event. Unlike some of the other Kernel Power issues I have read on these forums mine doesn't happen at start up - it happens randomly while I'm using the computer. Everything will keep playing in the background (music, videos, ads, etc) but no inputs will work anymore (including Ctrl-alt-delete) in the end i turn it off using the power button out of frustration. I have tried everything the HP virtual agent system suggests including running quick and detailed system tests, updating all the drivers, updating Windows Defender - nothing has identified an issue - but it keeps happening.

I've uploaded my event logs here.

Please can anyone help me? Is there any other info I should provide?

    Liam

  2. Kernel 41 Power issue

    Hello,

When the computer shuts down or restarts unexpectedly, the Kernel Power Event ID 41 error occurs. Upon starting a computer running Windows, the system checks whether the computer was properly shut down. If the computer was not properly turned off, a Kernel
Power Event 41 message is generated.

Regarding the error that you're getting, we suggest that you check the solution provided by

I have followed the suggestions and here is the link on OneDrive for my dmp and msinfo32 files:

Hope this can help tell me why the crash has started to suddenly occur over the last few days.

    Thank you!
