Windows 10: Kernel-Power 41 problem

Hello, for the past week, everytime I leave my pc on idle and come back I see that it was restarted, at first I didn't give it attention but yesterday I decided format it and the problem remained. I've done some research and found on the event viewer that I had a critical Kernel-Power 41 error with the BugCheckCode 278, which could be the graphics card according to what I found but I ran FurMark for about 15 minutes and didn't see any artifact and the max tempretature was 78c.

Today I left my computer on idle again and the same happened only this time the BugCheckCode is 0.

The strange part is that If I use my computer non stop for whole afternoon playing games nothing happens, but as soon as I leave it and go somewhere else I get this.


My setup is:

MSI Krait Gaming z170a Gaming 3X

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Armor OC (I didn't overclock it)

Intel Core i7 6700k

16 GB Ram

KERNEL-POWER ID :41 WINDOWS 10

I am serious problem in my new LAPTOP ASUS because of sudden shutdown that reports in eventlog KERNEL-POWER ID :41. There is no correction of this error in MICROSOFT WINDOWS and I dont know how to fix this.Please help urgent.

Kernel 41 Power issue

Hello,

When the computer shuts down or restarts unexpectedly, the Kernel Power Event ID 41 error occurs. Upon starting a computer running Windows, the system checks whether the computer was properly shut down. If the computer was not properly turned off, a Kernel
Power Event 41 message is generated.
