    Kernel-Power, NIC COMPLIANCE

I built a new computer and the system gives this error, the computer reboots 10 minutes after turning it on even in safe mode. I understand that Kernel-Power means a problem with the power supply or VRM. But Linux fedora works without problems.

Connectivity state in standby: Disconnected, Reason: NIC compliance

    Hi

I have been having a problem with my system restarting randomly

in event viewer the event was as stated

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    Kernel-Power 41

Event viewer also tells me the reason as well

Connectivity state in standby: Disconnected, Reason: NIC compliance Kernel-Power 172

Kernel-Power 172: Connecttivity state in standby: Disconnected, Reason: NIC compliance

I have a Lenovo E15 laptop with a Realtek 8822ce WLAN NIC that BSOD fairly often. When checking the event logs, the above error is what I see along with a Critical Error Kernel-Power 41. This has happened on similar laptops with the exact same wireless NIC. All drivers are updated. Having a really hard time figuring this out. We've used TPLink USBs to workaround this problem and have never had a computer BSOD. I've attached the minidump as well.

    Thanks in advance.

How to enable kernel debug for a new NIC product(not listed in VerifiedNICList.xml)

    Hi everyone:

I am developing a new NIC vendor driver. I want to enable th net kernel debug. Unfortunately the new NIC vendor ID & device ID does not exist in VerifiedNICList.xml.

    I try the two method

    1. I add my new NIC Vendor ID & device ID into the VerifiedNICList.xml, then I run kdnet hostip port and enable kernel debug mode. when I reboot PC, I only see that my NIC device become a yellow bang device(Code 35) and can not see kernel debug network device.
    2. I change my NIC Vendor ID & device ID ino to Realtek NIC(10EC&8168). Then I run the same step, Unfortunately I get the same result. Still see a yellow bang device and can not see kernel debug network device.
The PC does not have problem because I can use Realtek NIC to implement net kernel debug. So I think it need to change our NIC driver. But I want to know change what? Can anyone give some suggestion? Thanks.
