Windows 10: kernelbase.dll Error

Since weeks I get errors while trying to install the application Orpalis Paperscan The error originates within Win10.
I am copying hereafter the strings of the Events Records

Errors: flash dll, breakpoint 80000003/ kernelbase dll after installing Windows 10

i installed window 10 a while ago & my incredimail stoped working 9error report; flash dll

breakpoint 80000003/ kernelbase dll

maybe it has something to do with updates\

• How have you installed Windows 10?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• What exactly do you mean by: "my incredimail stoped working"?
• When exactly do you get these errors?

As a workaround, I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
