Windows 10: key board inputs

i cannot get question mark key to work


i cannot get this working either on physical keyboard or the on-screen keyboard


i have rebooted a million times


i have checked on input checker sites and they are detecting an input. they are


i have uninstalled then re-installed drivers


i have tried a different physical keyboard


i have ran a malware check and an anti virus check


disabled some apps on start up


i am so lost now any help would be great.

Help me choose an mATX AM2 board

I wasn't really asking for new suggestions. Would like input on the boards I listed.

 

Sinhala key board for unicode typing

Recently I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 to my pc. Then I add Sinhala language and add both Sinhala and Sinhala Wij9 Keyboards (input methods)

But Sinhala typing is very difficult since I could not find any sample Sinhala key board to identify each key combination.

In Wijesekara key board, it looks like it needs two or three key combinations to type Sinhala letters with "Kombua-related" sounds.

Can somebody suggest some hint for this or any idea.

This issue might occur if the input method settings are not configured properly.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X key and select
  Control Panel from the menu.

  Click on Clock, Language, and Region option.

  Click on Language and click on
  Advanced settings in the left pane.
  
• 
  Select the required input in the drop down menu under
  Override for default input method.
  
• 
  Click on Save.
  

If the required language is not listed, follow the steps below to add the required language and then perform the above mentioned changes.

  Press Windows key + I
  key and select Time & Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language in the left pane, click on
  Add a language and select the required language from the list.
