Windows 10: key board letter not working

my one key on my laptop is not working when i want it to then all of a sudden it continuously press the letter

the letter i am having trouble with is the "F" letter. help me please it is getting annoying especially when am using youtube in the mean time i am using the on screen keyboard to write the letter "F

Key Board issues ?

my key board seems to work fine on here, but a few minutes ago it would only do numbers? Now before about 3 or 4 days ago, I would type, but the letters would show up on the screen slower, and each day after even slower. So I tried the on screen key board,
& it seem to work, but whenI tried to go back to my regular key board , the on screen one would not turn off? what do I need to do?

 

Sinhala key board for unicode typing

Recently I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 to my pc. Then I add Sinhala language and add both Sinhala and Sinhala Wij9 Keyboards (input methods)

But Sinhala typing is very difficult since I could not find any sample Sinhala key board to identify each key combination.

In Wijesekara key board, it looks like it needs two or three key combinations to type Sinhala letters with "Kombua-related" sounds.

Can somebody suggest some hint for this or any idea.

Key Board

When I type on my key board after every letter I type a little ping noise is made and my computer will not let me double tap any of the same keys to spell any words the have like tt without typing a space backspacing it and then typing the letter again.
why is my laptop- Hp Spectre doing this?
