Windows 10: Key Combo on Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000 V2.0 doesn't work

in OneNote you can use Alt+Shift +D to input today's date. Yet when using Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000 V2.0 you can't use that key combo.


I've tried the following;

- Uninstalling the KB driver

- Reinstalling the hardware

- Installing and updating KB and mouse software from MS.

- Rebooting


The keys on the laptop allow the combo fine it's just this one wireless device that isn't allowing Alt+Shift+D or T Does anyone know if this key combo is supported on this device?

MICROSOFT WIRELESS 3000 V2 KEYBOARD

Hello, theres a problem with my microsoft wireless 3000 v2 keyboard, both of the shift key, and the top number bar does NOT work, I need help. please tell me possible solutions, cuz the shift key is ESSENTIAL,thx for taking your time reading this post.

P.S. keys are not stuck, but i tried on another pc, still doesnt work.

 

Lost receiver for Wireless keyboard 3000 v2

Hello, I recently took out my wireless keyboard 3000 V2, but could not find the receiver and mouse... and failed on connecting the keyboard to laptop via bluetooth...

Any recommendation where I could get another receiver or how to get it work with laptop ( win 7)? thanks!

 

Wireless receiver 700 v2 combo

checked the community posts and followed the link to download the driver software again. The site only showed the warranty, start guide, etc. but no instruction or link to download the driver software for my wireless receiver 700 v2 combo. Can you please
provide the instructions or link to download the software Thank you.
