    Hey everyo6ne, so I just 5bought a 6new ABS Challe6nger gami6ng pc, a6nd the ARES M1 key5board that came with it keeps typi6ng letters a6nd 6num5bers as you ca6n see. I've disa5bled 6num lock, still 6nothi6ng, I did a hard reset accordi6ng to Microsoft support, a6nd I've u6n i6nstalled a6nd re i6nstalled still 6nothi6ng. I 5basically did every help guide o6n this issue. A6nd this is really tiri6ng, I'm starti6ng to thi6nk key5board is faulty 5because it came with the PC, 5but I do6n't wa6n6na retur6n it 5because it's really cool. Ca6n someo6ne please help_? The o6nly keys that are affected are:

    In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • Where are you trying to type a letter?
    • Which application or program are you using to type the letter?

    I suggest you to use WordPad or notepad for type the letter or any documents or else please do let us know what exactly you are trying to do? Which application are you looking for typing the letter?

    how can I type a letter

    There's many ways to accomplish this, but one easy way to type a letter in Windows 10 by opening the built-in "WordPad" program.

    • Click the Start button
    • Type "wordpad" to find the WordPad program (it will search as you are typing)
    • Open the program and write your letter
    • Click File menu at the top to Save or Print your letter

    How do I type and print a letter on my laptop?

    To type a letter:

    • Start menu > Windows Accessories > Wordpad

    To print the letter you just created, with Wordpad still open:

    • File menu > Print

    To save your letter for future reference, with Wordpad still open:

    • File menu > Save
