Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse not working

Yesterday my computer was working normal, i just want to see the utilites my motherboard had a b430 ds3h from gigabyte, I installed “fast boot” and “On/Off charge”. So today when I start the pc and error called “0xc000000e” whit a blue screen appear. The problem is that nothing I connect to the motherboar work if I plug my phone charges but if I connect a mouse or a keyboard to continue it doesnt work. I tried usb, usb wireless, PSU, but there is not doing nothing, I also can’t acces to the bios due to the fastboot.

I work in this pc so any help will mean a lot

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10
