Windows 10: KEYBOARD AND MOUSE OFF

today i had a problem with my computer and i decided to reinstall windows, after that i came across the following problem: when starting the computer the keyboard and mouse worked perfectly but when windows started both shut down completely the screen is still on asking for the password but I can not access due to this problem.thanks

I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
