Windows 10: Keyboard and mouse on but not working

There was no issue the night before then the next day i blue screen on start up, restart, then my mouse and keyboard stopped working. So the mouse stopped appearing on the screen, other than in the bios, and the keyboard wont work when I try to press a key so it changes the screen to where i can type my pin or password so im stucking in the lock screen. Like mentioned, it lets me still access the bios but im not sure if I can do anything there

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10
