Keyboard and On-Screen Keyboard not working properly

I havent updated my laptop my since decemeber because I was not able to use due to my original charger not working anymore. So I ordered a new charger, it was not the same with may first one but it was compatible. So last week, I was able to use my laptop but after days I think my laptop updated its windows. Then, after I was having issues with my keyboard in which it does not work properly anymore. The only keys that work was the tab, shift, capslock, ctrl, windows, and alt. I tried using the on screen keyboard. It worked the first time but then I dont know after sometime it was having the same problem with my physical keyboard. At first I though it was a hardware issue, but then i ran a keyboard test and all my keys were fine. They were just not functioning well. I tried troubleshooter, uninstalling keyboard driver, turning off filter keys and sticky keys, trying updating my windows, resetting my laptop. None of it work. The problem still goes back.

This unusual problem with my keyboard is also very random. Sometimes it works well both physical and on screen but then there are times that it will go back and not work properly anymore.

One instances I can give is when I search "facebook" in google, the only thing that appears is the letter "f" and the keyboard will not work properly after. I try to use on screen, but still has the same problems with the physical keyboard. I am really confuse what the problem but I believe it a software problem. Also during the time when my keyboard does not work properly, some keys do function however when u press them they function differently. For example when I press shift, a small box appears on the right side of my screen showing me options for the language of keyboard ex. English US and English Philippines. When I press, like a letter I guess it was "m" when using chrome, it shows the chrome setting. Also, when this problem happens, I cannot use my 2 fingers to scroll with my trackpad.

I am really confuse what to do. I cant even identify what really is the problem. My thought was that it was because of an update. Pls help me on what to do about this. I am using HP spectre x360.

    :)
