Windows 10: keyboard for accented letters not working properly [ since installed last update some...

My keyboard , compatible with Portuguese ABNT 2 , was working fine until the last update was installed minutes ago [ sept 15 2022 ].Now everytime I type accents they come up duplicated : caf´´e , p~~ao , voc^^e , ``a ; Diaeresis was affected too : u¨¨bermesnch ;As it was working perfectly before the update , I think that running this install caused this issue.Is there a way to restore the accent to normal operation ?

When you plan to update the touch keyboard to type greek accented letters?

This issue that started after the last Windows 10 update might be caused by software incompatibility. For us to better assist you, we would like to ask the following:

• How are you accessing the Greek accented letters on touch keyboard before?
• Are there any error messages displayed when trying to access the Greek accented letters?
• If possible, can you give us an example screenshot of the Greek accented letters?

Meanwhile, we need to make sure that the Greek keyboard is added on the language settings. To check if the Greek keyboard is added, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings
  icon.
• Choose Time & Language from the list.
• Select Region & language in the left pane of the window.
• Under Languages, make sure that the Greek keyboard is added.

Touchscreen keyboard does not type Greek accented letters

Seriously? Are you really expect me to perform a roll back to the previous version of Windows just to test a problem in Microsoft's keyboard software? Isn't it a gross exaggeration? After all, you HAVE the Greek keyboard, just load it and check! Is it so
difficult? Doesn't Microsoft wants feedback from the users to correct problems?

Fortunately, I found a tablet that has Windows 10 v. 1607 installed and in which the Greek keyboard works PERFECTLY - I'll perform an update to v. 1709 and will get back! And all this because you refuse to install the Greek keyboard (less than a minute's
work) and press two or three buttons to test a problem reported by one of Microsoft's consumer, a problem which was caused by a Microsoft's software update!

Update: It's official - Microsoft touch screen keyboard has a problem concerning the Greek accented letters! I used a tablet with the previous version on Win 10 (1709) and I asked from a friend to test the results and be a witness to the issue.

1. Before the update: no problem writing in Notepad and Word every accented letter

2. After installing Win 10 update (1709): accented letters containing accent ' NOT TYPED properly (typed as the not accented ones)

So, what Microsoft is going to do about it, now that there is a certified software problem of their software?

Update 2: I managed to submit the problem in the feedback service, also I reported it to the Greek Microsoft office - hopefully it will be solved in the next update!

After updating: WIN 10 home 64 bit ver. 1709 - The touchscreen keyboard does not type Greek accented letters - the accented letters are actually shown on the keyboard when clicked, but they are not typed. I am forced to use the full keyboard and
accent the letters like on a desk PC.
