Windows 10: Keyboard Help

Hi, I was hoping I could get some help with what's going on with my keyboard. The issue is, whenever I type something into a search bar for example, I have to press the backspace button 2 times before it deletes 1 letter. Also, when I try typing sometimes, it doesn't type the letter, so I have to press it twice to type it once. My volume button also isn't working correctly because whenever I try raising the volume, I have to press the volume up button F8 two times for the volume to raise once, from 4 to 6 for example. I checked my keyboard settings in Typing, and I have everything in Spelling, Typing, and Touch Keyboard turned on, and everything in Hardware Keyboard turned off. All of my keyboard drivers are also up to date as I checked those as well. Is there any way that I can get my keyboard to work normally again, as this issue is really annoying?

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.

  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
