    Keyboard issues

Hi Guys,I've an issue with the my laptop keyboard in that the letters W R Y U and O have for whatever reason stopped working. I've added an external keyboard and all the keys work fine, I've checked for a driver update but there isn't one available and as someone with limited knowledge when it comes to computers I've no idea where to begin, please can someone offer some useful advice? Thank you

    :)
