Windows 10: Keyboard Latency

Im having an issue with input and release on my keyboard. About a day ago i turned my pc hopped on gta and quickly noticed as i would let go of the key the input would continue causing me to keep crashing. i tried other games and noticed the same thing. i have tried every fix on the internet ive checked all my hardware, cleaned and reinstalled gpu and ram sticks, ive done the command prompts ive changed repeat rates, deleted and reinstalled drivers, at this point im lost and dont where to look for help considering every link or youtube video say the same things. if anyone has a solution this problem it would be super helpful!

Keyboard Latency

I have started experiencing keyboard latency. The mouse and mouse keys are responding immediately it is just the keyboard. it is not all the time , but when it happens it is painfully unresponsive. The keys entered are not buffered while waiting for a
response. I have a new Logitech keyboard and have checked that the drivers have been updated. However the problem occurred prior to updating the keyboard.

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
