Windows 10: Keyboard layout - Problem

Hi all,I've got a problem with my keyboard layout.The following keys aren't working anymore which i'm sure of : q,z, capslock, TAB , ESC , nearly all F functions. and some keys have a different function such as "=@ , @=".I´ve tried a lot of standard solutions:1 Alt shift2 CTRL shift3 Change language settings/ preferences to Netherlands/ English qwerty4 Troubleshoot problem in settings for keyboard5 Delete keyboard driver in device manager6 reinstall windows entirely.None of the above seem to be helping, since the keyboard layout remains the same.Anyone who could help me with the pr

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

I do not know how to install this, any advise will be appreciated.
