Apologize for bothering you, however, I need to ask for assistance in order to perfectly operate my PC. Well, in recent months, I obtained a PC that utilizes Windows 7. I upgraded it to Windows 10 and use it as same as numerous other users. Nevertheless, the microphone didn’t work, even if it caught the signal from the microphone I plugged. However, I still get used to it and accept the fact that my microphone doesn’t work. Until this midday, I found a link that provide a driver which is Realtek. I was so glad that I pressed into it. I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
