Windows 10: Keyboard not working Windows 11.

I have a Logitech MK550 keyboard and mouse combo. , recently the keyboard stopped working. The number pad works but not the letters, I changed the batteries, uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard even plugged a new keyboard in. So I know it is definitely not the keyboard but some setting in Windows 11. I ran the troubleshooter and it didn’t make a difference. I uninstalled the latest updates. I have done everything that I have found online and I am at a total loss. I cannot use my computer without a keyboard can anyone help me please.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
