Windows 10: Keyboard shortcut

Dear Mycrosoft team,


I am Chhayleang,, using a Laptop Asus A441U running Windows 10. I am having a problem with a shortcut key Ctrl+X. This happened after I created 3 folders and saved 10 Word Files in them in the Download Folder in drive C: ;and I want to move all the files by pressing Ctrl+X but my Laptop immediately shutdown. I don't have any idea. Anyone could help me quickly to solve this issue?

Keyboard shortcut to open the calculator

Hello,



Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.



I request you to try the below steps:

• Type "Calculator" in start menu.
• Click on Calculator and drag it to desktop.
• Right click on it and select Properties.
• Now go to Shortcut tab and add a shortcut.
• Click on OK.
