Windows 10: Keyboard, touchpad and wifi adapter malfunction.

About a month ago my laptop lost charge during my commute. Upon charging and start up I could not access my computer since my keyboard and touchpad were not responsive and only the power button would respond. The computer would sometimes display a blue screen with the 'DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION' and go into automatic repair mode. The result of the auto repair would not be helpful since I couldn't select restart or advanced options without access to my keyboard. I solved this using a series of hard resets. I gained access and reset windows losing all apps and data. A few days later the problem pop

Touchpad and keyboard malfunctioning

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it 3x and am still having difficulty wim (example of typed letters not showing up) with my keyboard and touch pad. some things are impossible to accomplish, such as choosing an item with my touchpad.

Some of the reasons that this issue occurred could be due to a loose connection, broken pins, an outdated driver or just setting configuration. For us to provide a better resolution we appreciate if you can answer the following:

• Are you using a Wireless keyboard?
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Have you made any recent changes?
