    Heu guys.

    just built my new pc. Bought a MSI z390 mother board and added my previoid killer 1650 CNVI wifi chip into thr slot. Everything is connected peoperly, but when i go to connect to wifi, the wifi option is not there. Went to device manager, its not there. Not even in hidden devices. Started up BIOS, it says the card is not detected.. am i doing something wrong?

    How very weird of them... this is truely odd IMO.

    would be nice to see a list from them of suggested products, or even bundle the card with products that are right for it, like a killer NIC, wifi card, phsyx card, SSD etc.

    Guide: Turn your Killer E2200 NIC into Qualcomm Atheros AR8161

    Basically I right click on the Killer Network Adapter in Device manager > Uninstall > Check the box to DELETE driver for this device

    Then you won't have a relevant network adapter listed. So you have to add a new device, and I just followed the instructions listed in this thread... does that help?
