Windows 10: Killer Intelligence Centre causing a problem

A few weeks ago, Dell installed Killer Intelligence Centre on my computer. It slowed my internet so much, pages weren't loading. I would get error pages. It took ridiculous amounts of time to navigate sites. I uninstalled Killer Intelligence Centre and everything returned to normal. My download speed is only around 30 MB per second. I don't have the best package. I'm not even a gamer. Today, Windows Updates reinstalled Killer Intelligence Centre without asking me. I've uninstalled it, again, but my internet connection is still slow. What's causing the problem now?

I tried most of those steps, except the very last one (I didn't feel comfortable with doing that). My connection is fine, because, the first time I had this problem with the Killer Intelligence Center, someone from my ISP came out to check my connections. They were fine. I have Bitdefender and did a scan, and my computer's clean. So when Windows reinstalled KIC, noticed the same problem happening again, so I tried uninstalling KIC, but uninstalling didn't solve the problem this time. With advice from someone on Dell's support forums, I reinstalled the Killer Intelligence Center and turned off the Prioritization Engine. This has fixed the problem, though it's odd to have to do such a thing.

Hi Horace, I reinstalled the Killer Intelligence Center and turned off the Prioritization Engine (and also the auto bandwidth). My internet is back to its normal speed!
