Windows 10: kirjautuminen

moi! tehtiin poikani acer aspire timeline koneeseen windows tehdas asetukset ja meinasin omaan käyttöön,kun käynnistää koneen ja tulee se kohta mistä pääsisi kirjautumaan...ei hyväksy tunnuksia ,siinä lukee toinen käyttäjä...ei oikein ymmärrä kun ei ole osunut ikinä kohdalleen,eikä muita asennus työkäluja...olisin tiedustellut mikä neuvoksi.....t:jorma

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

Office 365 requires sign in everytime now - started last week

I have Office 365 Personal and couple of weeks ago I changed my MS account password and after that I cant use Outlook at all. It keeps asking password all the time. I ran the Office troubleshooting tool it tells my account and password seems to be correct but cant reach to the server.

Other Office programs are working normally. Tried Office with Windows Insider build 17741 too, same result.

I have opened a chain here about the problem. They who can Finnish language can catch something about it.
