Windows 10: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and black screen issue

Hello everyone, I have problems with windows 10 home on my ROG g14 2020 GA401IH. Randomly my screen going black after after waking up from sleep or start up. And i also have two BSOD KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED after waking up from sleep.
