Windows 10: KWorld DVD Maker 2 - Error

I'm trying to install the Driver via the disc and I get this message.

I have a USB 3.0 port which I understand reads backwards to the 2.0 so I'm not sure why it's not installing properly. When I got to the PowerDirector 365 it doesn't recognise my video camera and therefore can't capture/record the videos to the laptop. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hello, I understand that you are having some trouble getting the Kworld DVD Maker 2 to work for Windows 10. First, I want you to check if the box says it supports Windows 10. If it doesn't, you will have to visit their official website to download the
latest drivers they are "officially"distributing.

Hi Microsoft Support,

Really need your help. I'm currently using the Kworld DVD Maker 2 USB for picture imaging transfer from microscope to PC.

Previously we are using Win7 and no issue encounter.

After we upgrade to Win10, seems like the USB drive it not detect.

Please help.

• Did you re-install Windows DVD Maker after upgrading to Windows 10?

I suggest you to re-install Windows DVD maker in Compatibility mode and check if it works:

I suggest you to install DVD maker in Compatibility mode and check if it works Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode
and check if that helps.

• Right-click on the DVD maker setup file and click on
  ‘Properties’.
• Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1/7 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
