Windows 10: KYOCERA TASKALFA 2554ci scan to email Error

Hi, My KYOCERA TASKALFA 2554ci printer no longer scans to email after I enabled MFA for all users, however after I disabled it and tested the printer it tests fine but when I try to scan to email I get the following error type code Error 3101 failed to send the email Check the authentication method of both the sender and the recipient. I called the printer company and they explained that I need to undo any changes I made as the printer works which I did but can't resolve this issue as all looks fine

Scan to Email Error 1102 on Kyocera Multifunction Printer using Microsoft Office 365

How to fix Scan to Email error 1102 on Kyocera FS-6525MFP. It works fine for years, then suddenly stopped working because of error 1102. We are using Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic. Microsoft says we need to enable TLS 1.2 but how about if our machine does not support TLS 1.2, how can we fix this concern?

 

Windows 10 Home not letting scans come through from Kyocera Copystar CS3252ci

Created folder under C:\Users\Public\Documents\copycenter. Shared with everyone and gave full security. Scan Failed

Created a folder under C:\Docs\Scans Shared with everyone and gave full security. Scan Failed

Changed encryption to 56 bit as it was 128. Scan Failed

Opened port 21, 44, 45, 444, 445 in windows firewall. ( I used each one at different times) Scan Failed

Turned OFF the firewall. Scan failed.

Logged in as Administrator, the user as well as another Admin account all with administrator security. Had no effect, scan failed.

I used the following Kyocera programs;

Kyocera Net Viewer v5.9.0926b;

Scanner File Utility v4.11.02;

ScanToSMB_v1.1.0226.16_signed;

ScanToSMB_v1.1.0226.16_signed, ran the program and was able to see the printer. When I went to select the folder to scan to it said folder not found even though it shows it on the screen and you can select it.

Scanner File Utility v4.11.02; Installed the utility and ran it. From the sys tray I picked configure. Selected the button setup and picked the Scans folder and proceeded to setup the path. Problem is it that after the initial setup the folder isn’t seen
again.

Kyocera Net Viewer v5.9.0926b; The best program of them all. I installed it and scan the network. It found all the printers. Selected the Kyocera and went in to users. Had to enter in the user name and password for Admin. Went to the computer and reentered
the port, user name and password. I used admin credentials with no effect. When a test is run it gives an error and path/folder not found.

I deleted and recreated the user on the kyocera through the printer as well as through net viewer.

The error is the same on the printer. No connection, error. Scan Failed

Scanned with Malwarebytes and Kapersky no viruses found.

At a loss as to what is keeping the scan from coming through. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
