  1. Lag issue suddenly

I have a Medium end PC with i5 9400F and 8 GB RAM with 1 TB HDD and 240 GB SSD. Lately my PC is having serious issues. If my mouse is left inactive for about 10 mins my CPU usage increases from 2% to 80-90% and it starts to lag. Until I move my mouse back it won't lower the usage. It gets worse when I watch a movie, it won't play smoothly and the screen gets all green n blue. I need help!

    :)

    Lag issue suddenly

    AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
