Windows 10: Lagging in HP 250 G8

Whenever i plug in the charger, my pc starts lagging, before plugging there is no lag and everything runs very smoothly but after plugging in the charger there is very much lag, also after removing the charger there is still lag.

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

What browser are you using when you experience a lag?

Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

Press Windows Key + X.

Click on Control Panel.

Select Troubleshooting.

On the left pane, click on View All.

Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

can´t activate windows server 2019 hp proliant ml380p g8

I have a hp g8 ml380p server bought the license of windows 2019 standard I have the windows already installed and I can not activate I have the error 0x8007232b already tried to change the product key and give me the error 0x80041014 to say that the product key does not work
