Windows 10: Language input issues

Because I updated my company laptop of OS system to Win 10 ver. 1809, then I can not type any traditional Chinese word, if I want to switch Chinese Traditional input, the message would indicate "Chinese IME is not ready yet"​

I tried several ways to overcome, and found that I need to install extra items, in setting of language, enter options Language pack installed of Chinese Traditional, then try to install Basic typing then showed "Sorry, we're having trouble getting this optional feature installed. You can try again later. Error code: 0x800F0954". Afterward, I pressed over ten times, always alarm this message.​

Please do me a favor to solve this issue that I can't download "Basic typing" & "Handwriting" in Chinese Traditional. Thanks a lot. ​

Input language English, Keyboard German

Language keyboard input doesn't equal output

Language input may vary depending on the Input method set on your keyboard settings. To sort your concern, we suggest that you check if the desired input is set correctly by following these steps:

• Type in Language and keyboard options on the search box.
• Select the desired language that you're trying to set up.
• Once you've selected the language, select Options.
• Under Keyboards, select Microsoft IME and click
  Options.
• Scroll down and select Open advanced settings.
• A window will pop up. Under General tab, click the drop-down arrow for
  Input method and select the desired input.
• Click OK.

English US keeps appearing as an input language occasionally.

I understand the inconvenience caused.

From the issue description, it looks like you have English Input downloaded and installed in the system. I suggest you to follow the steps below to remove the English input language and check if it helps.

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type control and press enter to open the control panel.

3. Type language in the control panel search box and open it.

4. If English is listed, double click on it and click "remove" under "input method".
