Windows 10: Language issue in Windows

After I reinstalled a new, clean version of Windows, its default language was English, but I wanted to change it to Vietnamese, so I reactivated the Windows license, then I installed the language as usual, but until I noticed that Windows didn't really display all the languages, even though I overwrote it in some app that I forgot the name of, it still didn't display all of them, I won't talk about other apps, but some of the default apps don't even have Vietnamese...I tried to reinstall the Language packs, trying to reboot, reset the language, bla bla bla but non of them work. What should I d

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

  (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
  
• Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.

Windows 10 issue: Chinese language popup

I suggest you to change the Keyboard language and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps.

• Type Language in the search bar.
• Launch Edit Language and Keyboard Options from the search list.
• Under Languages look for the list of language.
• If you are able to find out the Chinese language, right click on the language and Remove it.
