    Anyway, that means that you should use the English International language version for upgrades.

    You never know! In most cases 10 will simply activate on it's own as soon as the fresh install connects online and goes for the updates if you opt to see those go on during the installation. When arriving at the desktop simply go into the Start>Settings>Update & security section and look under Activation. You should find it activated on the spot. If not however then you simply follow the guide there to copy and paste the xml file into the correct location.
