Windows 10: Language packs only have display language

Hello, I wanted to set up a language recognition, and to do that I had to download a language pack. When I go into selecting the language, I want to download every language only has a display icon one of 4 icons. When my friend goes into that menu he has all 4 icons on the English United States pack while I have one.Because of that, I cannot set up voice recognition.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to download the language pack.

  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Double click on Language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Double Click on English language.
  
• 
  Click on options on right hand side of the English language pack.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack.

Cannot change display language; "language pack not available"

Conflicts with the latest update is one of the possible reasons why the display language of your computer changed itself back to English. To resolve this, you can follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel.
• Click Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Language.
• Click Advanced settings.
• Select Use language list (recommended).
• Then, download the language pack for your language and select it as a
  Display Language.
