Asks for pin code when I don't have a pin code

Hi,

I've been trying to log into Minecraft with my microsoft account. I enter my email and password but then it asks me for my pin code. I don't have a pin code so I press "I do not remember my pin code", it says I have to go to my settings to create one. In my settings it says that I don't have access to create a pin code because my organization does not allow it. I am the head of my organization and we've never made it not able to make a pin code.

How can i log into my account with no pin code when it asks for a pin code?

Windows saying correct pin is wrong?

It's asking for the pin for my account, and I enter it, but then it says that my pin is incorrect. I not only reset my pin, but then restarted my whole computer. It still tells me my pin is incorrect no matter what I do.
