Windows 10: Laptop booting up with UEFI please help

    Laptop booting up with UEFI please help


    The computer was already up and running with windows 10, the DVD is burned and I haven't ran it fully (I can't install it onto the partitions)

    If the hard drive is new, there shouldn't be any partitions on it. Boot from DVD, select custom install option, delete each partition listed (which will erase the disk), then select the unallocated space and click next to install Windows to the unallocated space.

    You'll have to disable Secure boot to get access to that setting

    Per the firmware screen explanation on the right of the CMS option
