Windows 10: Laptop Crashed. Rebooted with a "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck." event.

My laptop suddenly hanged today when I was gaming. I was playing Apex Legends, no abnormal signs, and suddenly the screen went black and sounds frozen. I tried to disconnect and reconnect my keypad, and it did not go through so the whole system was not responding, so I had to hit the power button and reset. Upon checking Event Viewer, I got this one:


The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000****48.

My laptop is a MSI GT72S 6QE Donimator Pro G, about 3 years old. Had few troubles in the past but it is running fine recently. If you need any additional information, please let me know. Any input on this problem is appreciated. Thank you.

System Reboot for Bugcheck 0x00000124


Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a MSI laptop (GT72VR 6RE), and upgraded Win 10 version from Home to Pro. Performed the upgrade as soon as I fired up the laptop for the first time.

Last couple of weeks, while working on Google Drive (via Chrome) the computer will suddently lock up, and after couple of seconds reboot.

Checking Event Viewer, it shows the following events:



Details for the listed events in sequence:

• The previous system shutdown at 4:48:27 PM on ‎5/‎09/‎2016 was unexpected.
• The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
• Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0
• The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\ENE0110\5&14353508&0.
• A corrected hardware error has occurred.

It has happened twice so far and that has me bit worried.
Previous one had the following bugcheck error:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff800765cd8b8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000000a0).

Would really appreciate if someone can point out anything.

It is a brand new laptop (couple of weeks old). And both the times when it crashed, I was using Chrome (google drive, or writing email etc), wasn't playing games. The CPU/GPU isn't overclocked either.

EVENT 1001 - BugCheck - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

Lately my computer has been restarting out of nowhere at random times, doesn't show a BSOD it just black screens and restarts.

This is the error that shows on eventviewer:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

The two instances I remember it crashing was when playing a game and when downloading a file.

Haven't made any changes into hardware/software lately.

Computer Rebooted From a Bugcheck.

My computer recently started crashing then tries rebooting itself randomly. I noticed that if I start a game it quickens it to crash after 5 minutes of being turned on. The PC also has a problem booting up occasionally and just sits at the first boot-up
screen frozen, unable to do anything other than force it to shut down for me to turn it back on later and see if it will allow me to use it. I've checked my "Event Viewer" to see what errors are popping up and each time it crashes it gives me the same 10 errors.
Which I will gladly link them all if needed, but I feel like at this moment I only need to post the bugcheck reboot error.
