    Laptop dosen't restart when Charing is turned Off.


    To,Microsoft Community. Hey this is Gavin Mathos. Using Windows 11 Version 22H2 OS Laptop. I am facing issue while restarting as follows:→ When My Laptop is charing, I try to restart My Laptop, It restarts properly. → When My Laptop charging is turned off & i try to restart My Laptop, then "White Light" Blinks for 7 times followed by "Orange Light" Blinks for 2 times & so on continues {As attached Screenshot below}. Blank Screen appears but Laptop is in ON State. I need to press the Power Button to completely shut down the Laptop so that Laptop power is off. What can be the reason be

    Ethernet dosen,t have a valid ip configuration

    It says the same thing at my end when my Ethernet is working perfectly as shown below:
