Windows 10: Laptop Freeze After Sleep/Hibernate/Shutdown, Then Goes BSOD

I don't know how to fix this, but can you help me please? (Sorry for bad english)

after i sleep/hibernate/shutdown my laptop, it freezes and then goes BSOD

The only way how to get rid of this is just Hard Shutdown (Long-pressing the power button)

Stop Code is: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

I Already Update all the drivers,Update the Windows, but no result...

Here is my Laptop specification:

LENOVO Z40-70

Windows 10 Pro 1909 (Build 18363.476)

Intel Core i3 4030U 1.9 GHz

Nvidia GeForce 840M 2GB Vram

4GB RAM DDR3

500GB HDD

Sleep,hibernate, and shutdown

Hi,

Usually, Sleep and Hibernate features are used to save power when using a computer. However, hibernate may not be available for all PCs as it was designed for laptops. Regarding your concern, since you’re trying to turn
off or disable these features, you may follow the step below:

• To turn off Sleep:
  
  Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep. Then, select

• To disable Hibernate:
  

• Type Command Prompt in the Search box from
  Start.
• Right-click on it, then select Run as administrator.
• In the Command Prompt window, type powercfg.exe /hibernate off and press
  Enter. Close the window.

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

 

Laptop Running Windows 10 goes to Shutdown even when put to sleep or hibernate manually

• I own a two month old Asus GL552JX laptop running windows 10. I have had a problem with my PC's sleep and hibernating tasks for a few days.
• I shut my laptop shuts down even when put to sleep or hibernation
• The screen goes of like it should during sleep or hibernate but when I switch it on again it starts from scratch by booting up with all my applications killed and data lost.
• I really need this problem fixed.
• I ran a powercfg.exe \energy test. I found some errors but am not sure what I am supposed to do with them. Here's a copy of the file
