Windows 10: Laptop Freeze

    Hello!
    so here is the thing, laptop's keyboard freezes then after 10 15 seconds later whole system just freezes, i can't turn it off with power off button the only way to turn it off to disconnect battery, it happened to me 3 times , 1 was very long time ago but these 2 happened in this month,is there any specific reason why this should be happening?
