Windows 10: Laptop freezes

Discus and support Laptop freezes in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Year old HP laptop freezes 3-4 times a day. I have reloaded Windows 10, did not help.     Laptop freezes


    Year old HP laptop freezes 3-4 times a day. I have reloaded Windows 10, did not help. Anyone know of a fix that non computer geek can try? thank you.
